Jean-Marc has been a user of PolyCAD for a number
of years and has been developing his own mathematical hull modeller
since 1989. The hull generation technique is presently being explored
in terms of design variations and mathematical optimisation. The
CRANA organisation works closely with different laboratories, naval
architects and sailing teams to develop new hull designs. Jean-Marc
is presently looking to team up with an America's Cup syndicate
for the next tournament.
